01 Introduction and General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the cold-bet.cam website and all related services. These Terms form a legally binding agreement for both cold ("we", "our") and the member ("you", "user").

04 Financial Transactions — Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Deposits on cold-bet.cam can currently be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for any method is ৳500. You must use a payment account registered in your own name to make a deposit.

• Any one of these three methods can be used: bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted; such transactions may be cancelled.
• Once a deposit is successfully processed, it will be added to your account.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally completed within 1 (one) hour. bKash, Nagad, and Rocket can also be used for withdrawals, and the funds must be sent to an account registered in your own name.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

cold actively follows anti-money laundering policies. In the case of suspicious financial activity, cold's authorities reserve the right to request additional verification and may notify the relevant authorities if necessary.

05 Bonus and Promotion Terms

The welcome bonus on cold-bet.cam is a 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. To receive this bonus, eligibility conditions must be met and the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times.

For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000; to withdraw, ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000 must be wagered.

5.1 Bonus Restrictions

• Each member is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be converted directly to cash; the bonus will only be withdrawable after the wagering requirements are completed.
• cold reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found on an account, the bonus may be cancelled and the account may be closed if necessary.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or under different identities for the same person is strictly prohibited.

06 VIP Program and Weekly Cashback

cold's VIP program has 5 tiers in total: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback is available at each tier, calculated based on the week's net loss (total losses minus total winnings):

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Example: if a Gold tier member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 cashback.

cold determines the activity required to advance to higher tiers and reserves the right to change these criteria.

07 Betting Rules and Gaming Policy

7.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet will only be considered valid once it has been accepted on cold-bet.cam. cold reserves the right to void a bet in the case of a technical error or incorrect odds. The outcome of sports betting events will be determined based on the official announcement of the relevant sports governing body.

7.2 Prohibited Activities

• Any form of match fixing, fraudulent activity, or software misuse is strictly prohibited.
• Any activity carried out for the purpose of arbitrage betting or bonus abuse is prohibited.
• Unauthorised access to or interference with another member's account is strictly prohibited.
• Exploiting errors or loopholes in cold's system to gain an advantage is prohibited.

7.3 Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game, you must contact cold's support team within 7 (seven) days of the event. cold's decision will be considered final.

08 Responsible Gaming

cold believes that gaming is entertainment, not a problem. We therefore encourage members to play consciously and responsibly. cold provides various support measures to help members avoid excessive gaming.
